Sydnee Mata, LCSW

Hi, I’m Sydnee, a licensed therapist supporting clients in both Maine and Georgia.

I offer a calm, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, or life transitions, I provide a non-judgmental, affirming, and safe place for you to land.

I specialize in working with women and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are ready to gently unpack the emotional and physical effects of trauma and anxiety. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences live in the body and how somatic therapy can help you feel more rooted, regulated, and whole.

Healing isn’t about fixing what's "wrong", it’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom and strength. Through body-based practices, nervous system support, and trauma-informed care, I’ll help you build tools that not only ease distress in the moment but also support long-term resilience.

My practice is built on compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just unsure where to begin, you're welcome here.

This is YOUR space to feel safe, supported, and truly seen! No masks, no pressure, just real connection and meaningful healing.

Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation
